Played great new-to-me course on the border between NV and AZ today.

Picked the best course in the area with a reasonable green fee and lucked out on the best course I’ve played this year. Well maintained, a serious challenge, and I was paired with three locals who showed me around.

Only downside was fairly slow play which resulted in a round of about 4:30. It did allow me to enjoy a nice sunset on the course.

We are camping at Big Bend of the Colorado and will be here until Saturday. Then off to Vegas.
